ANo, our webinars are accessed on the internet – all you need to do is to click on the link.
How does it work?

Registration is required prior to the event. You will then be sent a joining link in your confirmation email, don’t worry if you lose this as you will be sent it again in a reminder email just before the event. You just need to click the link, follow the instructions and the webinar session will appear on your screen. Easy!

Do I have to call in to hear the presentation?
A

No, the audio is broadcast via the internet through the speakers on your computer.

What if I have problems joining the session?
A

From time to time attendees encounter technical issues when attempting to access the session. If this does happen the Webinar production team are on hand from one hour before the session starts to trouble shoot any problems you may have. Simply or telephone for real time assistance.

What if I have a question for the presenters?
A

As our webinars are live and fully interactive if you have anything you want to ask our presenters you can simply type it into the Q&A box at the bottom of the webinar screen. In fact your hosts may ask for your participation this way!
