Nick Kemsley Co- Director of the Henley Business School Centre for HR Excellence Henley Business School is a highly experienced HR practitioner, and has had led organisational development, resourcing, talent & leadership, performance and L&D functions in a number of major businesses including Mars, Prudential, British Oxygen/Linde Group and Travelport. In a corporate career to Group Vice-President level, Nick has worked across six different industry sectors at local, regional and global levels. He works with Boards and HR functions on a broad range of topics including organisational capability and risk, strategy, workforce planning and HR effectiveness. He frequently speaks and writes on HR and organizational capability and consults around the word on these topics. As Co-Director of the Henley Centre for HR Excellence he contributes to its research and activities for members as well as inputting to the design and delivery of open and bespoke Henley programmes for corporate clients. He was awarded a Visiting Professorship in 2014. Additional Speakers: Rob Catalano
is a Certified Recognition Professional who has worked in human capital management for 10 years. Rob has been cited in media outlets such as the Business News Network, The Globe and Mail, and the New York Times. He has consulted with several top employers in North America on implementing and maintaining and sustaining engagement strategies and rewards and recognition programs. Rob went to Ryerson University where he studied business with focus on marketing and information technology.
